Members memphis
I've been over the manual and specs and can't figure out if the USB would provide power to a midi controller that can be bus powered. Maybe I just missed it, but does anyone have an idea if that's possible?
Members evildragon
It should be possible. All USB ports give out current of 125 mA.

Members renegadebliss
Now the real focus is going to be on what it can and can't play, since the manual says that to copy of copy protected material, they have to make special updates to the V-Machines installer to handle copy protected VSTi's and VST's. So we'll see how it works with trying to install Waves or Native Instruments VSTi's and VST's. Dave
Members memphis
how do the specs on this thing stack up to these new netbooks that all the pc companies are releasing.. The Acer Aspire One looks pretty nice and is a lot cheaper than $600 (it's going for $360, I think). Their processor is 1.6 ghz and it has 1 gb ram installed and can support 1.5 gb. Members augerinn
Seems buggy. I'll wait until it settles down before buying it. Besides, I don't have the cash right now anyway. But, this is DEFINITELY on my short list.
