Members Atticus Plink
No, it wasn't a bad gig, actually. The party was in this gorgeous room at this hotel, which was just a beautful little place. A totally restored vintage 1920's hotel sitting right on the Fox River, with lots of fantastic woodwork, beautiful paintings, and tasteful holiday decorations. The guests were really nice (although I'd been hoping for more younger women all dressed up for the company bash), and the bartender went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of in terms of drinks. And the valet guy lent a hand, helping me move my stuff in and out of the hotel. Life is good! Sounds great.
