Members benecol
Was planning to treat myself after Xmas to a Mustang amp; was initially thinking about the I, but am now tempted by the II. I already have a Matamp Minimat combo, but it's heavy as all get out, and a real ball-ache to drag out from behind my kids' toys for a quick five minute play. I want a backup amp that sounds good at polite TV volumes, has a decent headphone out, and sounds OK with pedals, but is still small and light. Seems like the size and weight difference between the I and II is negligible. Anyone care to chime in? Would appreciate your advice...
Members gorebuc
I wouldn't spend the extra $100. I had a II briefly, and it sounded good, but the functionality is the same as the I, which is to say that its quite limited. Worth $100 as a practice tool but not $200. Members juri
I would go for the II... If you want a cool headset tool get a computer interface that works with AmpliTube.
