Members hangwire Posted June 1, 2012 Members Share Posted June 1, 2012 I think it is a fun guitar, but I wonder if it would be better with out the middle pickup. I kinda liked it with the neck pickup, but the 5 position doesn't seem very fluid between the pickups... Much more so than a ssh strat. I do like the humbucker by itself but with dirt it mudded up too much for me. Neck or bridge alone was decent... Surf rocked it out with much fun otherwise. Maybe a toggle to add in middle pickup as needed and go 3 way switch for neck and bridge. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
