Members arcadesonfire Posted September 18, 2012 Members Share Posted September 18, 2012 Yeknow, I never use the clean boost mode; I only use the classic rat and keeley rat modes. So I'd like to have that middle position switch do something else. Could one switch simultaneously engage the classic mode while also engaging the Ruetz mod? Anyone ever tried something like this? Members kirs Posted September 18, 2012 Members Share Posted September 18, 2012 Yeah there's a LED on one side of the switch and a 1n914 on the other. Middle positon takes either out leaving one diode on the board which IIRC on the Rat circuit would disengage it (explanation). I don't think anything useful can be done in the middle position because you'd wan't two diodes in the circuit. You could install a second switch easy enough for Ruetz on/off. You'd just need to cut the 47R resistor on the board and solder it to one side of a SPST switch. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
