I am looking for something that can do (in order of priority) electric pianos, organs, strings, and acoustic pianos. It will primarily be used in my project studio and live, and I would like it to be splittable. I really am just looking for your standard (passable) sounds. I was thinking along the lines of a used Yamaha Mo6 or ES6. Any ideas? Any other brands to look into? Budget is about 1k used. Regards. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If you'll be doing splits, you may want to jump to the 76-key model. If you can't get an ES7 for $1k or less, the "Classic" Motif 7, which I have, still kicks ass, IMO. Good luck!!
