Members bluehuricane
The first two were awesome using just this recipe a year ago http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/w...pe2/index.html and also brining it for a day then injecting it with orange juice mixed with white wine as it cooks to keep it moist. i'm going to do the exact same thing tomorrow. i figure if i master one way at cooking a turkey i'm better off than trying to do it a new way. how do you do it? btw, i'm at college and my friends and i have a Friendsgiving feast before we all head home to be with our families
Members macadood
sounds good. i think i've made 3 turkeys now. 4th one to celebrate amurican thanksgiving next week. every one of them has turned out pretty well, its honestly not that hard. orange juies and white wine sounds intriguing though. Members bluehuricane
yeah it really isn't hard at all. i always get stressed though cause it's an expensive bird and if i {censored} it up about 15 people are going to be upset with me. try out the white wine and oj, i really think my turkeys have been the juiciest birds i've ever eaten and that's the only real difference between mine and others i've had, though i don't think my mom or grandma brine theirs.
