Members gilwe
Is there any VST which emulates these cheesy electric organ drum patterns used to be featured in those 80s dual manual home organs ? I need something like that:
Members soundwave106
You could just download some CR-78 samples and search for cheesy MIDI patterns on the 'Net. But that wouldn't be as awesome as using the Casio VL-1 emulator.
Members Roy Brooks
One pretty inexpensive alternative would be to get a Casiotone MT-205 keyboard with Super Drums. Those old Casio keyboards have that home organ drum machine sound and almost always cost a good bit less than an old drum machine that would have those kinds of sounds. Members gilwe
Well, there are bunch of small and large electric organs there, but I was thinking about a VST emulator for that, something which emulates both the samples AND the patterns :/
Members Binkeys
Not a VST, but there seem to be some free sampled loops of those kinds of drums here. I haven't checked these out yet.
Members liliththekitten
try dsk mini drums from dskmusic.com may not be exactly what you're looking for; does include Acetone Rhythm Ace and Roland CR-78 sounds which may fit the bill. also includes drum machines from the Akai XR10 to the TR series to the RX11
