I have gone through various things like Valve Jnrs, Laney VCs, a brief dabble with a Peavey Delta Blues and was currently using a Selmer Treble n' Bass...

But now I use my Technics deck with my Boss GS-10 hooked up

:tone:

Serious, this {censored}er sounds great! Home recording through USB, MIDI implementation, most Boss effects, good amp models... Distortion is a bit sucky but I use outboard anyway. Not to mention low cost and stereo.

It's the way of the future, tube amps are gonna be outdated pretty soon if this technology keeps getting better

i love my gs-10 but i might be ditching it for a pod xt pro soon.

you guys'll love this...
i run my gs-10 in the fx return of my MARK IIC+!!!

Talk about tonal blasphamy.

don't worry, thats only when i need to play quiet.

still sounds great though. the auto riff stuff on the gs-10 is alot of fun. all though i'm having alot of trouble with the usb driver on my laptop. worked fine on my old computer....

Is the Pod XT pro better or something?

Because it is damn hard to believe that anything will beat this tone!

Soon you will have valve amps that have built in Boss GS-10 emulators....

well the pod xt pro has alot more I/O options and what not.
plus i can use it on my tube amp just for the fx, go direct for cleans, etc.
the gs-10 was only 200 bucks so maybe i'll keep em both.
