The guy said it was really quiet, so i tested a few things, and it turns out one cap in the amp was bad. The amp didnt sound terrible, and was well worth what i paid. After replacing the cap, i made the amp have a separate speaker out so it can be plugged into a cab and used as a keyboard amp.
