Members hrnlip
I'm a gigging trumpet player with fair keyboard skills and want to pickup one of the roland workstations with auto-acc. already worked out. For the money, give or take a couple bucks, what would be the better choice? The Roland E-50, E-09 or the GW-8? I'm just gonna use it to lay down some demo tracks or song ideas/licks in different styles. Thanks in advance for your input!
Members tim gueguen
This isn't the best place to ask, as arranger keyboards aren't hugely popular here. I'm not sure where a better place to ask would be.
Members guitman
The Synthzone BBS has a forum about arrangers. In fact it is the only part of the forum that has any traffic anymore.http://www.synthzone.com/cgi-bin/Ultimate.cgi?action=intro&BypassCookie=true

Members MartinHines
If you are in the U.S. I would suggest you call Kaye's Music Scene. They are a small music store that specializes in Arranger keyboards:http://www.kayesmusicscene.com/ For example, they stock arrangers from all of the major manufacturers -- Roland, Yamaha, Korg, Casio, GeneralMusic, Ketron, etc. Even if you don't buy from them they can probably give you some good advice. They are a small music store that specializes in Arranger keyboards: Why yes, I am from the U.S.! I'm from the lovely sunlite city of Buffalo, NY where the entire amount of snow fall for this year was under 13inches!! Anyway, thanks for the info. Have you ever bought anything from them? Their stock looks pretty extensive!
