He called Bogner, got a live person and they told him to sent it to them. He got it back in less than two weeks. Honestly, I was blown away how quickly he got it back, especially considering I've been hearing stories on how badly they suck when it comes to customer service. That dude still there? Not sure, everytime I called a guy named Charlie picked up the phone, he's a real nice dude, very helpful. I got a call back from them at 1:30 p.m. today. That would be 10:30 a.m. over in Cali? I live in NYC. He explained everything to me. How much it would cost ($690) Amazing.
