Contacting Bogner

A buddy of mine was having some issuses with his Uberschall. He called Bogner, got a live person and they told him to sent it to them. He got it back in less than two weeks. :eek:

Honestly, I was blown away how quickly he got it back, especially considering I've been hearing stories on how badly they suck when it comes to customer service.

Indeed. They were way cool and very helpful with my questions, not pissy or trying to get me off the phone. Of course, I have no experience in the shipping and fixing part of customer service.

Not sure, everytime I called a guy named Charlie picked up the phone, he's a real nice dude, very helpful. I bought a black grill cloth/frame for my Bogner 412, the shipping was fast and the deal went real smooth.

I'm gonna give Bogner a +10 on their customer support.
I called them on Saturday.
I got a call back from them at 1:30 p.m. today.
That would be 10:30 a.m. over in Cali?
I live in NYC.
He explained everything to me.
How much it would cost ($690)
Amazing.
