Members JoshuaLogan Posted September 15, 2006 Members Share Posted September 15, 2006 I decided that for now I'm just going to pick up a 5150..... my question is, would I be better off getting a 5150 II since they aren't fixed bias, or just get the 5150 and bias mod it so it can be biased hotter? It's only within a "range", however, and still cold.You'd need to mod either, to get them sounding their best. If you're going to mod, just get the amp that's the best deal!
