so its stripped, almost completely sanded...

is there anything I need to do before I put the tolex on...

Should I fill the screw holes or use the ones that are there...

do I need to treat the wood at all with anything prior to tolexing?

how do I know that the corners(supplies in general) that I buy will fit my cab???

Yup, fill any screw holes, dents, or gouges in the wood of your cabinet then sand it out again.

No, it's not necessary to "treat" or seal the wood before applying the Tolex, the glue will take care of that.

As far as corners go most of the corners are for a 3/4" radius. If it is a Marshall, there are specific corners for those amps.

Good luck with your project...

3/4" corners should fit fine, my Ampeg cabinet is 3/4", most of the corners sold by hardware suppiers are 3/4" but it might be a good idea to make sure of what you are getting before ordering.

Just something different...

Sounds like a plan, the white is hard to keep clean though if you gig with your gear.

Have you ever applied Tolex before?
