Anyways, I should mention I'm looking for a two-channel amp with seperate EQ on each channel. Fenderish cleans and a nice mid-gain overdrive-not nu-metal.


If you're recommending a tube amp, maybe a head and 1x12 or lightweight 2x12 cab will be better.

Heh, well the SS I am interested in is the TM60.

There's a few tube amps that are getting my attention though.

Mesa F-30 head
George Dennis Super Beetle 20/30 head or combo
George Dennis Mighty Mouse head

I rather not go over my budget, but I don't know.

Nah, I wouldn't say that. First, you got to be financially capable to get what you want and it's not like I don't like some amps in my price range. There's a bunch of good amps in this range, which is why I am having some difficulty choosing one.
