Members j_dernoncourt
ive got a question for you cats.. my roommate has offered to sell me his fender bassman 70 silverface for 200 dollars. my plan right now is too buy a 2 x 15 cabinet, put a bass speaker in the bottom (maybe a peavey black widow) and a guitar speaker in the top (undecided). i want to use the same setup for both bass and guitar. i play a standard p-bass and a standard telecaster (at the moment). what do you all think? could this be a mistake? Members andtrea
Then, did you do it? Dam I found one at 800 euro, in Italy guitar amps prices are going totally crazy!
Members the russ
good price, although they're not really very good for bass. stick with a 2x12 cab or a 4x12 for guitar. seriously, don't waste your time with bass. 70 watts for bass is pathetic, especially considering how early Bassmans break up.
