Hellatones?

I might be getting a hellatone h60L and an h30. Can you guys tell me your impressions on them?

 

Be sure to mention your amp and style, that would really help.

No such thing as an H60L... there's a Hellatone 60 and a Hellatone 60L... and a Hellatone 30. I really like them all, especially the 60L and 30.

I just call them h60, h30, and h60L for short. What styles to you use them for and what equipment?

 

I know they're just broken in versions. Are they cheaper than v30's/g12h30's? Thats one thing i always wondered. They're around 80 shipped whereas v30's go for 109 in stores like GC (i dunno what avatar sells them for).

I play hard rock and metal mostly. I use a 5150 into a marshall 1960a. The cab came with g12t-75s originally, but they always had a fizz on the top end that I couldn't dial out. I replaced them with hellatone 60s and the problem was solved. These speakers really did sound great right out of the box. They are simply well broken in v30s. Also, the customer service was excellent when I called to order them and they came very quickly! I would suggest these speakers to anyone who likes the v30!
