Members 6942
Hello people!! It took exactly one month for Weber to ship a speaker out. When I purchased the speaker, their web site said 7-10 days for shipping. After ten days and no shipping notification, I e-mailed Weber. They said due to heavy volume, it would be 2-3 weeks for the speaker to ship. After 3 weeks....nothing. So I e-mail Weber again;, now they will try to get it out be the end of the week. End of the week.....nothing. So I e-mail Weber AGAIN, asking; "what's the story?" An hour later I get a Fedex confirmation. Not exactly the way you get repeat customers IMO. Members 6942
I'm sure it's nothing personal either. But if I tell my boss, 7-10 days to complete a job....and it takes 30 days.I'd be looking for a new employer.Customer service can make or break a company.Weber makes fine speakers.....with a 30 day warranty.Eminence makes fine speakers.....with a 7 year warranty. So you'd be wise to keep your customers happy. I'm sure it was a simple oversight.
