Members kebabeater Posted June 10, 2007 Members Share Posted June 10, 2007 I can't believe those two amps are even being considered in the same mindset. I would go Uberschall all the way. Much better amp IMO. Far more versatile than people give it credit for. Not a thing to worry about on the effects loop either. +1 Engl's do have a nice saturation but the Uberschall destroys most other amps for brutality....the clean is really nice as well though and the fx loop really shines...my only gripe is no lead boost but a pedal lets you get away with it. Members Dimebag11 Posted June 11, 2007 Members Share Posted June 11, 2007 I'd actually take a Powerball V2 over an Uber everytime.....I got a chance to play on one and crank it with and without a clean boost for about 30-45 minutes and it did NOTHING for me.
