Members Deeprig9 Posted May 8, 2008 Members Share Posted May 8, 2008 Every once in a while, it will randomly get a big volume boost out of nowhere. And sometimes, the opposite. REcording last week, this happened in the middle of a live take, the volume just sunk out of nowhere. I used to blame it on a crappy Rat pedal I had, because sinced I switched OD pedals, it hasn't happened. But it happened again, like I said. Also, there's a ridiculous amount of white-noise in the amp too. Not sure if this is typical of the JC120, on top of dirty pots/crackle.This amp has been through hell, the previous owner used it as a bass amp . Any ideas, thoughts, or suggestions?
