It's still in a kind of melancholy mood, though, and I don't like that aspect of it at the moment. Probably need to ratchet up the robodrummer a few notches. I've been very into this kind of downtempo lyric writing for a while but I'd like to do something that goes zoom at this point; the incubass and heads 'n feet things seem like steps in that direction. The music is perfect for this song; what I was trying to say is that I want to work on other things as well that are more energetic and uptempo musically and less introspective or reflective lyrically.
