Members gripside80 Posted December 23, 2008 Members Share Posted December 23, 2008 Does anyone here have a picture or wiring diagram for a ESP Viper with active EMG's, 1 volume, 1 tone, and a 3-way toggle. Members SnaxSlingerAns Posted December 23, 2008 Members Share Posted December 23, 2008 Neck pickup lead -> one tab 3 way toggle.Bridge pickup lead -> other tab of toggle.Center Tabs (should look like two tabs smashed together) -> outer left tab of volume pot (if looking at the pot with the tabs facing down)Center Tab of volume pot -> output jack.Red wires from pickups to red wire of output jack.Black wire from output jack -> tone potVolume and tone pot should be wired together with the green square cap going from the outer left tab of the volume -> outer left tab of tone AND the pots should also have a black ground runnign from the outer RIGHT tab of the volume (where the tab is soldered to the pot body) to the same tab on teh tone pot. -Ans- Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Which lug did you wire the output wire to, the big solid lug on the back of the toggle switch or the front lug which is comprised of two pieces of metal coming together, one from each side of the toggle? -Ans- Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
