Members firejack018 Posted May 11, 2009 Members Share Posted May 11, 2009 Guy A is strung along on a deal by guy B -- no contact for weeks despite numerous attempts by guy A -- A is then then berated for being "impatient" by B -- then dismissed like an insect by B because he's not that important -- B then ignores A again -- after another period of radio silence A concludes "this is terrible customer service" -- B finally makes a yet to be honored promise to make good on the deal and *poof*, B is good as gold, a stand up {censored}ing guy according to A. Did I miss anything? {censored}ing lame. I didn't say he's a stand up guy??? I gave him credit and respect for apologizing and acknowledging his mistakes, and also agreeing to give me a refund. I'm still unimpressed and pissed with the whole experience and won't ever purchase from him in the future. And I'm still reserving my final opinion until I have my refund.
