Members yell03
I have had alot of portable travel amps.... Marshall MT2 - $49 Marhsall MT4 - $59 Fender Mini Tone Master - $39 Roland Microcube - $129 Vox DA5 - $139 Line 6 Micro Spider - $149 (still have it) and my Newest is a Roland Mobile Cube I bought for $129 + tax new. Weighing all the criteria... The Mobile Cube is the best combination of Portability and Sound of all of them. It also runs on AC or 6 AA batteries. It has 4 preset channels for guitar (acoustic, clean, crunch, and distortion) Although there is no way to adjust the gain, I find each channel just about perfect. Also, it has delay, reverb, and chorus and a bunch of other stuff! The Line 6 has more channels with adjustable gain, but it is much larger.
