I know that he put some Celestions in it and I am not sure if there was a specific tube change he did but damn it sounds good. I have one too and it slays mine. Members MattACaster Posted July 31, 2009 Members Share Posted July 31, 2009 I swapped my HRD's speaker with a Warehouse V30 and swapped the first and last 12ax7s with some better ones (forget what kind). Take out the screws on the side to take the chassis out, unscrew old speaker, take speaker out and remove wiring from it (can't remember if it was quick connect or not), attach wiring to new speaker, screw speaker in, put chassis back in.
