Members teleman55
I'm doing a CD and want to copyright the songs together as a work for one fee. Two of the songs I wrote a while ago and want to list the years I wrote them as the creation date. Can I do that or do I have to do each of those separately? The site is kinda vague. Members junkyard bennie
From what you wrote, you may just copyright them all together at the same time. I say this because if you wrote a song 5 weeks ago, are you 5 weeks late from copyrighting it. No.
Members teleman55
Yeah, but what if you wrote it 10 years ago?
Members Johnny-Boy
Doesn't matter when you actually wrote it. In a copyright infringement suit the copyright registration date (with the Library of Congress) is what carries weight. John
