Members Detonator
Just finished mounting my mark IV in a headshell, and fired it up for the first time in a few weeks. I noticed that the channel indicator light was staying on the clean channel when I'd switch to R2 and lead. When the amp is on the lead channel, there's no gain, and the R1/R2 tonestack still controls the sound. With the footswitch unplugged, I tried using the channel dial on the back, but had the same problem. Does this sound like a preamp tube issue or something more serious?
