Members rustyshed
Ok I have been testing the 4x12 (like suggested) and have flexed the speaker cables as I have played it, have had no fault occur. Got readings of 7.1 for each speaker and 5.4 two in parallel. Which I believe is about right. The only thing I can think that was odd about the gig was that my amp needed to be turned up a lot louder than usual. Anyone got any ideas? Would this suggest under powered gear??? Members teemuk
Did you check the speaker cable and the guitar as well?
Members rustyshed
I checked the internal speaker cable by flexing it as I played, nothing happened. I have played all three amps for a few hours each and they all work nothing wrong with them, thats two valve amps and a solid state stereo power amp.( all the gear I used at the gig)Been using the guitar constantly as well no issues?????????? What do you think of the point about needing to turn up my amps mor ethan usual at that gig???

Members Hegmatronicon
Get some plastic safe contact cleaner and clean ALL the sockets and jacks and plugs on your rig. I have no idea what else to tell you. If everything is working now - everything is working now.
