Members tobyyy6
Hi,I've been given the new Marshall MG Head but have no cab for it as yet and I'm wondering whether I can safely run it using the speaker from my current amp, the 100 watt combo of the old MG series until I have the money for a cab. On the speaker of the combo it says minimum total impedance 4 ohms. Help? Thanks (:
Members greg apocalypse
it means you can run any cab that is 4 ohms or above. I assume you understand, too, that you need to be hooking the speakers directly to the head, completely bypassing the amp of the combo.
