I wouldn't rub it in her face. don't think ill talk to her for a while it's what i've been doing since 2008 to cope with my issue. you've got to have some control over your drinking and partying! it's BEING there that makes you feel powerful. so if your ego and self esteem are fine and you don't need other ladies to consume your time.. than? do nothing? i haven't talked to my ex since 2008, june 10th. hahaaaaaa oh god... i'm still in rebound mode after all these years. I have no remorse whatsoever now. Easier said then done. I'm really not hurting to bad. I'm a bit shocked. The first time we parted ways for a bit i was {censored}in hurting that was a month ago. She is twice your age, you two would've probably had age related problems down the line anyway. Also, you've only got 5 months time here, you'll recover much quicker than you think. Initially it may be tough. I broke up with a serious girlfriend of 6 years last year, initially I thought it was going to be never ending pain/suffering and nights of wallowing in self pity:cry: I just kept busy, went out with friends, hobbies, etc... I couldn't see myself doing the "{censored} everything that moves" bit...just didn't seem like it was for me, I figured that would make me miss her even more....
