I was looking at getting the bare minimum to hook up and screw around with in my room and maybe record with. I'm interested in a 1x10 cabinet, since I heard they sound punchier and bassier. Has anyone ever ran such a setup? A high gain head through a 1x10? Would a 1x10 cab be able to handle the power of my 150 watt tube head? Would it sound horrible?
