Instead of using delay in the loop, add stereo delay in post (if you can find a good VST or something) or with the g-sharp between the red box and computer recorded in stereo. If you did that I think it would sound killer. In general recording the amp signal dry and adding time based effects in post gives you better quality and flexibility.

Great point. I do have the Wavelabs Suite with a bunch of delays, I will record dry and add the delay as a plug-in next time.
