Members theAntihero
So who here has experience with 15s for guitar? I have a cab loaded with Emi Legends but other than that i havent played thru many. Im looking for something that can get rid of the high end sizzle on my Beta Lead. Who here has played/has someting loaded with 15"s?

Members Williegor_man
I brought my ultra lead to my friends space and he uses vader cabs. a 2x15 under a 2x12. Sounded big but not overbearing in the lows, still tight but with softer highs. These tracks were recorded with a 2x15. Not the best recording by any means but the budget was lowhttp://www.reverbnation.com/bloodgeon666
Members exafro
I've had an avatar 2x15 with Eminence Legend 1518's for the last 8 years or so. It has a ton of low end, but they have a weird high mid/low treble frequency range. They sound great by themselves, but I prefer to run the cab with a 4x12 to get the more traditional cabinet response.

I actually thought it had something to do with the fact that i oversized the cab a bit but maybe not. Out of curiosity what are the dimensions of that cab? Does it have a batting/insulation inside?
