Members guitarbilly74
how do the pickups compare to a MIM tele? Any discernible difference? If not I may call up sweetwater. A little less bright and lower output than the MIM pickups, but still a very good tele tone.

Members pioneerprogress
AMS sells them. Eh, won't get here as fast as sweetwater. Worst case scenario, I can drive 20 miles to guitar center as a last resort. Want to have it for Saturday.

Want to have it for Saturday. Call them and ask. Last time I bought from AMS it got here the next day. Turns out they have a warehouse in NV, which I did not know about. But GC is your best option because not only you get it right away, you also get to try before you buy.
Members shadesofcraig
The good news is, it could not possibly need a setup worse than the guitar it will be replacing Wow that is messed up, setting up a Tele is a piece of cake...

Members shadesofcraig
he had neglected having it set up for that long. I do all my own setups, it is really rather easy... All you need is a tuner, some allen wrenches and you are good to go...
