Members nerol1st
I am wireing a strat copy with 2 p-90 pups. Simple question: Is shielding nessesary behind the pick guard (like a cavity plate on a gibson etc...)? Is it common on a strat where the pickups and all hardware are mounted to the pick guard? Members abstract
The reverse of the pickguard should be shielded, as should the floor and sides of the rout. In short, the inside of the front cavity should be as RF free as possible.
