Members Say Ocean
Boosted with an OCD. This one's got bass. The tone is a bit thin on it's own, but I think it works well enough in a mix http://www.soundclick.com/bands/page_songInfo.cfm?bandID=743493&songID=10750751
Members missingastring
That sounds great, dude... Mix sounds a bit muffled. Not much treble.
Members Say Ocean
Yeah I realize that now I think I overcompensated when eq'ing because of the guitars
Members missingastring
I dig the hell out of the song, and the mix... just bring in some highs, and you're done.
Members Say Ocean
Alright thanks dude, I uploaded an updated mix . I just bumped the highs up a tad, I think mix sounds a lot clearer and brighter now. I tend to always mix things way dark, not sure why

Members zehn
Moar, now. Knowing the pace Jeff normally works at, it'll be another year before we get my real drums on that song, then another year for just one more song
Members Neilrocks25
I liked that a lot, very At the Drive in like.I agree with missing string maybe a bit more high end.

Members iff
Sounds great, I like this one better than the last one. What are the drums? Album nao. And have you tried your Recto with the Green Berets? Just got a 2-channel Dual the other day and I'm deciding which speakers to run it through. I'm workin on gettin 5 songs together for a proper EP with real drums and all that. Yeah I've tried the recto with green berets a couple time and it's great but I don't do it often because my recto is 150 watts and I really dont wanna blow out speakers haha

Members Say Ocean
How do you do your drums with EZ drummer? I just load ezdrummer up as a instrument on sonar and then write in the parts on midi piano roll

Members Say Ocean
Yeah it's pretty simple once you get it down. You just download EZdrummer to your computer, have your DAW scan it so that it recognizes it, and then you open the synth rack and select it so it opens it as a midi controlled track and you write the drums in with the key roll function. Then when you're done you select all and click export audio. I liked that a lot, very At the Drive in like. I agree with missing string maybe a bit more high end. I love me some ATDI
