Members mamberg
There is someone dumping a bunch of high-end pedals on Philly CL. The prices seem outrageous, but I don't really know what these go for. Caught my attention anyway. Analogman King Of Tone KOT Guitar Overdrive Pedal - $450 (CenterCity) pic Timmy Overdrive Guitar Pedal - $160 (CenterCity) pic Pete Cornish NG-2 Guitar Fuzz Pedal - $800 (CenterCity) pic Pete Cornish SS-3 Guitar Overdrive Pedal - $750 (Center City) pic Probably could buy all of them from him for $2,000!!! Members Rampage
I think the Cornish pedals are the right price. If I'm not mistaken, that's what they sell for new, but there is a very long wait list for them.

They must use magic instead of the same pots, caps, switches, wire, and resistors that every other pedal uses. It takes magic to cover Freebird correctly. Even better: John Mayer uses Cornish stuff. If his name is attached to it, tone snobs will flock to it.
Members diddlybo
I don't think I play well enough to benefit from an $800 overdrive pedal.
Members JBTubehead
Here's a little secret about the KOT...it is basically just two original Marshall Bluesbreaker pedal circuits hooked in series. You can get the same exact tones by using two BYOC British Blues Overdrive pedals ($70ea.) in series.
