Members Belva Posted October 3, 2008 Members Share Posted October 3, 2008 I decided to build a cab & turn a SS combo amp (35W, 8ohms) into a head.Cab is 19&9/16X10X9. Took about 1&1/2 cups of duratex to cover the outside. No need to sand for days. Get it somewhat smooth & lay it on. Hides boo boo's really well. I used a foam brush & slapped the surface with the side of the brush for a nice texture after brushing it on & letting it setup for a few minutes. Looks really good!! I'd send pics, but my camera is at the bottom of the lake & I can't afford a new one for awhile (too much cash going to guitar stuff). Thanks for the input on this!!
