Members newholland Posted October 9, 2012 Members Share Posted October 9, 2012 yep. replaced one in a fender hotrod deluxe for a friend. sounded way better. cleaner all told- gain tones weren't nearly as sloppy muddy, and seemed to get a peep louder. Members stratleads Posted October 9, 2012 Author Members Share Posted October 9, 2012 This is a Deville III. The stock speakers were Celestions OEM junk.. I put a WGS ET65 and a Vet30 in.. It's okay but the V30 is a bit Flubby. Not enough spank and to much mid range focus. I'm hoping to tame the mids and tighten the bass. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
