Crunch channel, Bass 12AM Med 12AM Treble 12AM volume 12AM Gain Max Master volume 8AM I've tried 6L6 one by one, same noise. I replaced only the fourth preamp tube, the same horrible noise :'( Is my Triple XXX freshly baught near to death ? Please Help me Sometimes it even add noise when I walk on the guitar cable (Planet Waves) When I baught it, I do not remember heraring this, is was silent (but the guy did play with minimum volume and gain to 12AM...) Here is the culprit : my axe !!! It's active pickups based (Jackson USA King V Corey Beaulieu 7 Str). My 9V battery was 8.3V.
