Members FX doctor
Any good deals going on or any good/bad brands to keep an eye out for? Nothing over $300 since this is just one to play around with. Thanks!
Members jeffcoop
I bought a Simon & Patrick SP12 about two months ago for $200. Very nice sound for the money. It's a satin-type finish, but still an attractive guitar; my only gripe is that the action is rather high.

Members WashburnGuy
Look around the used market. I picked up a used, solid top Washburn D12S-12 for $125. After a pro setup it plays almost as good as my friends Guild. Seriously.

Members acwild
I got the Rogue Herringbone 12-string a while back for $99 new. Usually, you get what you pay for, but this thing surprised me because it's actually a good guitar. Musician's friend has it for $179 now. I wish I knew that the price was going to skyrocket because I just sold the thing for $80.
