Members AK47
Has anyone had any experience with these guitars? I own 2 that I have left reviews for. A model GG5, 12 string and a TS23, 6 string. I have compared these guitars to Martin because most people relate Martin to quality. IMHO they sound much better than most Martins I've played. They just have really great tone and a sound of their own. Mine play pretty well. I'm just curious if mine are unique or if anyone else here has any experience with these, good or bad. Goya/Martin is not the same guitar.
Members Greymuzzle
Are these new Goyas, or from the period (pre Martin buy out) when Levin were also making for Goya in Sweden?

Members Greymuzzle
I'm not surprised then that you rate them more highly than comparable Martins. I'm sure that you know that the Levin link was originaly Martin america trained and on return to Sweden started to produce Martin style guitars but imho to a higher standard at that time. They also produced Martin clones of that high quality for Goya, and indeed for Martin themselves before they were finally bought out by Martin. My brother plays a lovely small body badged "Levin for the Martin Corporation" Lovely, lovely sound. It appears that Goyas can be real unsung stars. Now you've given the game away
