Members AugTPD
And what a deal on an Epi Masterbilt!!! They're selling the EF-500rcce for $499 at select stores. I called my local one and they said they don't have one in stock. Too bad because it has most things I like (1.75 nut, pickup with no hole in the side, classy open back tuners). I would probably drive to anther GC if the guitar had no cutaway and a gloss finish. Anyway, just thought I'd mention it for anyone in the market for something like that. I think it jumps to the top of the list for responding to the "what's the best acoustic for under $500" threads!!!!
Members DonK
I think that the cedar top is too "untraditional" for some folks, hence the blowout pricing. I've got 3 GC's within easy driving distance here; if someone really wanted one of these I'd be willing to see if I could hunt one down.
Members Treborklow
$499 is the everyday price in the GC's around here.

Members D18RB100
Yeah... it's to the point now that I just throw the GC adds away when I get them in the mail. The "ad price" is never any different than the regular everyday sale price. Same for Sam Ash.
