Members Freeman Keller Posted October 27, 2007 Members Share Posted October 27, 2007 OK, since no one in LA responded I will just say that in my opinion if you know the outside humidity is 40 percent or lower (watch the weather on the evening news) OR if you have your central heat turned on you need to keep your guitar in its case with a humidifier OR you need to humidify your music room. Up in the cold rainy PNW I keep a baggie with a damp sponge in every one of my cases year around - I learned from painful experience that the bowl of blood in front of the stand didn't keep the dry guitar demons away.
