Members Jeff1979 Posted February 19, 2010 Members Share Posted February 19, 2010 Ive started to knuckle down and start playing some proper guitar I have a couple of Fingerpicking guitar books, but other than 30 odd different patterns to play through an A C D etc progression, they dont do much else. There are lots of DVD lessons available from homespun and stefan grossman or I often use Power Tab1.7 (free download) software and/or tabledit2.69 (free download) software, then download free .ptb tab files from www.ultimate-guitar.com I have found these .ptb files to be both safe and relatively accurate. These applications are pretty nice because you can speed up/slow down the tab listen as you learn and play along. There are a number of sites with tabledit files. Here is one of them.
