Members Rabid
Hmmm. That thread made absolutly no sence to me. Anyway, I would start with one general ROMpler type library, then add an orchestral library, something to cover the synths, piano, drums and organ. An example would be SampleTank2XL (or Hypersonic)GPO (orchestra)Bosendorpher 290 (piano)NI B4 (organ)NI Battery (Drums)VirSyn Tera 2 (VSTi synth) SampleTank 2XL will cover everything. The trick is to decide what sounds you want to improve and then pick up dedicated libraries or instruments. Robert
Members Kiwiburger
Stanley - you ignored the reasonable questions I asked in your last thread - and then created this new thread asking the same questions ... What platform? PC or Mac? What budget? People are recommending stuff to you that is very expensive and will trap you into dongles and ilocks and challenge/response and all sorts of stupid crap designed to make you poorer and more frustrated. You can get a great set of instruments - and I mean truely great - for free, using legal software. I don't believe that everything should just be handed out on a plate - you should be made to work a little for your art...
