Green to switch, silver to ground, red and white taped off and left hanging (not soldered anywhere)? That's what I got from the diagram, but wasn't sure. That should be it, unless you're wiring it to split from a push/pull...which I assume you're not since you didn't mention it :D And BTW, when you get that sucker wired up, do me a favor and record some clips with it....I'm thinkin of getting one for a project Tele....
