Members MattAnonymous
Hey guys, long time no post. This guitar is a project I've had for a little less than a year now, but I'm making some headway. Pickups are wired, pots are wired, on-on-on switches are wired, found a very nice neck to go with the body. Description: Greenie is a guitar I began building in my dorm room last year at UCF. It has a semi-hollow body constructed of a mahogany center with bookmatched quilted maple top and back. The neck is of the same mahogany with a rosewood fretboard and MOP dot inlays. The pickup mounting rings are made of quilted maple. The pickups are currently just cheap ceramic ones, but I modified them and wired them each to a different switch to allow for single/series/parallel switching. To do: Cut neck angle, glue neck, install output jack, make some final adjustments, plug it in and rock! More to come soon (hopefully), Matt
Members A-Train
That's pretty sexy looking. The "F-holes" are different, but I think they go well. I bet gold hardware would have looked nice, but hey, it's not everyone's thing. Do you plan on coloring the pickup rings?

Members MattAnonymous
Thanks for the complements. I was planning on keeping the rings natural, but I never really pictured them any other way. I'll definitely consider it. Matt
