Members SHRED
I bought Gibson cover plates for my Les Paul.I opened the pack and have no idea how they go on.There are no mounting tabs. Just smooth edges. Can someone give me the rundown on how I install these over my humbuckers? Thanks
Members StringSnapse
you put them over and solder the edge to the pickup metal . the holes should go over the screws on the pole pieces

Members Mazi Bee
Seymour Duncan recommends removing the black tape from around the pickup as well, or else you'll have a hard time fitting the cover on.
