Members firewalkwithme
My friend indefinitely loaned me one this weekend (I think its a ALS-80 T, it has the bridge HB and single in the neck) and so far I am floored. It doesn't look like much, except for the very classy non-maple (mahogany perhaps?) neck. But hot damn, it's light as a feather, the tremolo is one of the most solid feeling I've ever played and the pickups are dead quiet yet respond very well to distortion. Does anyone have more information on these?

Members hare.29
I had an Abilene strat copy (model? No idea.) for awhile. It was great for a $60 guitar, but the pickups were noisy (even for single coils) and, not surprisingly, the electronics were crap. Nice neck and a stable trem for such a cheap guitar, though.
